  • Nick Pahade

    President

    Nick has more than eleven years of leadership experience in the advertising and marketing industries. He is responsible for the growth strategy, client relationships, and leading the team of interactive design and marketing professionals at TrueAction.

    Before joining TrueAction, Pahade was president of Denuo, Publicis Groupe’s futures practice, and led global digital development for Publicis Groupe Media. Prior to Denuo, he was president of Beyond Interactive Inc., which he co-founded while attending the University of Michigan. He was also managing director of Mediacom Digital, part of WPP’s GroupM and Grey Global Group.

    Pahade was recognized by MEDIA magazine as one of the top 50 People to Know in Interactive Marketing, Advertising Age’s coveted 40 under 40 list, and as a MediaPost Online All-Star. He holds dual degrees in biopsychology and marketing from the University of Michigan.

  • Dorian Sweet

    Vice President, Executive Creative Director

    Dorian has over fifteen years of creative innovation and interactive strategy, branding, user experience design, online advertising, web development, and customer relationship management. Dorian leads all aspects of strategic design and service offerings that deliver value and drive incremental revenue for TrueAction clients.

    Prior to TrueAction, Dorian was executive creative director at Tribal DDB San Francisco, a top ten international digital marketing agency and Adweek’s Interactive Agency of the Year. In this role, Dorian was involved in launching numerous websites, microsites, and online campaigns. Dorian’s work has brought award winning online solutions to clients.

    He is recognized as an industry thought leader in rich media and online video solutions, and was named an Online All-Star by MediaPost and OMMA Magazine. Dorian is a contributor to ClickZ.com and is often sought after to speak and participate in industry events and newspapers.

  • Gerry McGoldrick

    Vice President, Interactive Marketing Services

    Gerry has over twenty-one years of experience in traditional and interactive advertising. At TrueAction he heads up all interactive marketing initiatives. He is committed to driving revenue and tying all efforts back to ROI.

    Prior to TrueAction, Gerry was the senior vice president, performance marketing for Refinery (now G2 Interactive). He led the efforts of the SEM, online advertising, and analytics teams, as well as managed all external marketing initiatives. Gerry also held leadership roles before joining Refinery, including president and co-founder of directMASS; vice president of media services and corporate development with Insight Interactive Group (Now Whitman Hart); and media director with i-Frontier (now Avenue A).

    Gerry is active in various industry associations, and is a frequent speaker at such conferences as Adtech and iMedia, and contributes to numerous interactive industry and vertical publications.

  • David Kang

    Vice President, Client Services

    David has twelve years of interactive marketing, account, strategy, and business development experience. He is responsible for achieving that highest degree of satisfaction for TrueAction clients.

    Prior to joining TrueAction, David held dual client and new business roles as senior partner and new business director at Beyond Interaction (formerly Beyond Interactive Inc.), where he led the e-commerce, multichannel and retail practice for clients. In this role, David was responsible for accounts with global responsibility, identifying new revenue opportunities, and managing a significant portion of the revenue for the largest interactive agency within the WPP Group. Under his effort, Beyond Interactive was also ranked #4 in OMMA’s Top Interactive Agencies in 2008.

    David earned a master’s degree from The Fuqua School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in English from New York University. He is a columnist for Mediapost Magazine’s Metrics Insider and a member of the Web Analytics Association.

  • Dave Ginsburg

    Vice President, Client Services

    Dave has over twelve years experience as an executive, digital consultant, and strategist for leading industry agencies, as well as companies within the retail, media & entertainment, healthcare, enterprise, and financial services industries. At TrueAction, he ensures TrueAction's solutions meet our client’s business objectives. He provides strategic direction and leads the account team responsible for creating action-based and measurable digital solutions for some of the world's premier brands and retailers

    Prior to joining TrueAction's Dave was vice president at Thomson where he was responsible for the organic growth and the P&L for the Financial Services business unit, instituting end-to-end solutions, and owning the creation of web strategies for clients. He has worked with Avenue A/Razorfish, KPMG, and Accenture.

  • Michael Summers

    Vice President, User Research

    Michael has eleven years of user research and information architecture experience. As Vice President of User Research at TrueAction, Michael is responsible for building and leading the user research/usability practice that includes developing user research service offerings, engaging partners in user research activities, and managing TrueAction's state-of-the-art usability lab.

    Prior to joining TrueAction, Michael held key user research roles at Nielsen Norman Group, Scient, and USWeb/CKS. Most recently, Michael ran a successful consultancy, SUMMERS Consulting, where he planned and managed user research studies in USA, Europe, and Asia clients.

    Michael has a university textbook out with Houghton Mifflin (Creating Websites that Work, ISBN: 0618226052), that includes chapters on understanding people before prototyping begins, and the value of iterative user testing.

  • Jan Dorbis

    Vice President, Operations

    Jan brings over fifteen years of combined experience in financial management, operations, and human resources to TrueAction. At TrueAction, she is responsible for the day-to-day operations and financial management of the agency.

    Prior to joining TrueAction, Jan held key senior management positions at advertising agencies and production companies. Most recently, Jan was senior vice president, chief financial officer of G2 Interactive, a division of WPP’s G2 Worldwide, a leading global marketing services network and ranked among Advertising Age’s top interactive agencies in 2008. At G2 Interactive, Jan was directly responsible for all financial and fiduciary infrastructure.

  • Stuart Bogaty

    Vice President, Interactive Marketing Services

    Stuart has over fifteen years of experience in digital and emerging media. He is focused on executing innovative media opportunities that will deliver value and drive incremental revenue for TrueAction clients.

    Prior to joining TrueAction, Stuart held key senior management positions at companies within WPP, including, OgilvyOne, mOne, and neo&ogilvy. At mOne, Bogaty started the search engine marketing practice. Most recently, Stuart was executive vice president and global managing partner at Universal McCann, a full service media agency, where he was responsible for driving all North American digital media and communications planning for Johnson & Johnson.

    Stuart is a frequent speaker at industry events and conferences, and is a member of American Association of Advertising Agencies (AAAA). He also sits on the Board of Directors for Social Media Advertising Consortium (SMAC).
